Founders Camp 2027 — by us, at Villa Kavala.

Most of what founders do now happens through a screen. That works for the update calls. It doesn't work for the conversations behind them, where a key hire or a funding round actually gets decided. Those still need people in the same room. That's what this weekend is built around.

SteerSuite is Villa Kavala's first pilot guest, and we're hosting its opening weekend: three days at a newly built estate in Northern Greece, as our guests. A small, invited group of founders, investors and angels — with the time and the setting for the conversations that usually get squeezed onto a stage.

The weekend has a focal point: a pitch competition with 5,000 € for the winning team. Invited founders pitch what they're building; a jury of investors and angels from our network decides. Format and jury are shared with invitees ahead of time.

We're based in NRW, so we also used our position as Villa Kavala's first paying guest to negotiate separate conditions for registered NRW startups — open to any of them, not just camp invitees, once booking opens in Q4 2026.
